Main configuration feature
1. This type is applicable to continuous cutting various non-metal roll or sheet materials with cutting die. It has high efficient and big output.
2. Whole unit applies PLC controller and human-machine interface operation. Horizontal moving is done by ball screw for transmission and by servo motor in driving to get high precision. Besides, the horizontal moving distance of press head can be input onto touch screen directly as per requirements.
3. Servo motor is applied to offer driving force. Ball screw rotates for fore-and-aft feeding actions. The feeding length can be input onto touch screen directly.
4.Working modes can be manual, automatic or jogging. Operators only need to pick finished products. This greatly raises the work efficiency and reduces labor intensity.
5.Main machine uses traveling head frame structure for high strength and no deformation.
6.Using fly wheel energy-storage can realize hi-pressure cutting, save power energy and don’t worry about rising oil temperature.
7.The special stroke setting unit matched cutting dies to set height of cutting blade for easy and accurate adjustments on cutting.
8.All key sealing parts are imported from German. Key hydraulic parts and electrical are imported famous brands. We use hi-quality parts for the durable service and longer work life.
9.Hi-frequency treatments are done for cylinder and piston rod of main machine to guarantee machine’s service life10. All moving parts of machine are equipped with safety barrier to protect operator.

1.Digital control system of "PLC+coder" human-machine interface is adopted to realize automatic feeding,pattern arrangement and cutting.Five kinds of arrangement figures are optional for automatically setting cutting times with high precision.The positioning precision can reach 0.2mm so as to save materials,enhance work efficiency and reduce labor intensity. |
2.PLC program control center is provided with memory function for the settings of operation instructions,which are not influenced in case of power failure or power-cut after work,so as to facilitate operation for the next time. |
3.Double oil cylinders drive,four-column guiding and automatic balancing are adopted to guarantee identical cutting depth for each time. |
4.Three operation modes such as automatic, semiautomatic and manual operations are optional,which are free and flexible. |
5.The cutting head can carry out automatic transverse movement and automatic positioning.The die cutter is fixed by electromagnetic suction disc.Without the need of setting die cutters,the upper and lower die cutters can carry out cutting freely with convenient operation. |
